Journaling Exercise

Bring a journal to your Sit Spot, explore the area and take note of what’s around you:

1. Tally, describe and sketch different kinds of plants growing in your spot. Are there any flowers growing on any of the plants? Is anything pollinating the plant? If so, who? Can you find a seed pod on the plant? Have any parts of the plants been eaten? Draw one of the plants you see.
