Information about the Curriculum

Sign Up for Teacher Training

The Life in Our Watershed: Investigating Streams and Water Quality curriculum provides a 4 hour teacher workshop, for which we offer continuing education credits. The purpose of the workshop is to review the lessons and activities to:

  • Familiarize you with the curriculum and materials
  • Practice the methods used in the laboratory activities
  • Help you to integrate the lessons into your teaching plans

Upcoming teacher training workshops are tentatively scheduled for: 

  • Saturday, June 21 from 9:00 - 12:00 
  • Wednesday, August 13 from 9:00 - 12:00 

Workshops are held at the Splash Center at 4426 Excelsior Road at Mather Field.
