The Splash Trustees are not content to merely attend board meetings and go through the motions. These individuals sit on our board because they believe passionately in the Splash mission.
As the people ultimately responsible for the financial health of Splash, the Trustees know better than anyone that it takes money to make things happen. Before asking anyone else to make a donation, our trustees all agreed that they should make their own personal contributions first. They adopted a 100% Board Giving Policy to ensure that all future trustees are completely invested in the Splash mission.
